Delivery
Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 working days. Express delivery arrives the next working day when ordered before 14:00.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders above ৳ 10,000. Below that, standard delivery is ৳ 350 and express is ৳ 550.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International delivery takes 7–14 working days. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Unworn pieces in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Made-to-order, personalised and Private Sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are complimentary within Bangladesh, subject to availability. Contact client care with your order reference to arrange collection.
Repairs & Aftercare
Our atelier repairs any AUREZA piece regardless of age. Assessment is free; you will be quoted before any work begins.
