Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Products
Our pieces are made in small numbers using natural materials. Slight variations in grain, colour and finish are characteristic of hand-finished work and are not defects.
Intellectual Property
The AUREZA name, logo, monogram, photography and written content are the property of AUREZA and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
